Discovery Call

A conversation to talk through what you're dealing with and see if we're a good fit to work together.

New Patient Initial Evaluation

An in-person visit, typically 2.5–3 hours, covering a deep intake and specialized testing.

Review of Findings Follow-Up

A dedicated follow-up visit to review your results together and map out your personalized plan.

What conditions do you treat?

My focus is helping adults with autoimmune disease and/or Lyme disease (including its associated co-infections) work toward restoring their energy, mental clarity, and physical function.

How long does the D.E.R.N.A.M. process take?

It typically unfolds over about six months, moving through Discovery and Education, then active work through the Remove, Nourish, and Activate phases, into Maintenance. Timelines vary by person.

What does the Initial Evaluation involve?

It's an in-person visit, typically 2.5–3 hours, followed by a dedicated Report of Findings visit to review your results together.

Do you offer virtual visits?

Yes — once your initial evaluation and plan are underway, ongoing follow-ups are available virtually.
